Her works are made of a wide range of materials, mostly found or discarded stuff, and the use of mainly humble and found materials, gives her the freedom to experiment, an important precondition for her practice. 
MS combines the found objects with each other, or she makes new objects in for example cardboard or ceramics, and new relationships or maybe tensions arise between the different elements and materials. 

She often places the sculptures in installations, because the relations and spaces between the objects interest her. How do the objects affect each other? What are their mutual roles?
